Can I claim if I have a care plan from my doctor?

A Medicare rebate may be available to you with a Chronic Disease Management plan from your GP while they are covering Telehealth appointments. Please note this will cover approximately $56.00 of your appointment and a gap payment will be required. If you are wanting to get a care plan from your GP please contact me for my relevant details to provide to your GP. 

Can I claim using my private health?

Private Health Fund rebates for online services are available for some health funds however, this is depending on your level of cover. Please check your level of cover with your health fund prior to booking. If you’re wanting to claim, please let me know and I can provide you with a receipt after your session that you can submit to your health fund. If you’re doing a program, your program will be itemised into sessions for claiming.

If I can’t attend my appointment will I be charged?

All payments require payment prior to booking and a cancellation fee of 50% of the fee applies for less than 24 hours notice provided.
